Isabella crashed

We were all playing in the livingroom and then the house got just a little bit quiter. I am what I would consider an experienced mommy so I KNOW when there is no noise, something is happening! So I went to find out what was going on and this is what I found... Isabella was so tired from playing all day she layed down and crashed.
That is when Sierra saw her opportunity to start "getting" Bella! She said she was sharing with her, but lets be honest if I had not come in...Sierra would have covered her up with everything she could.

Don't fall asleep before Sierra!!! She is turning into a little sneaky girl!!!

Car Ride Talent

This was from our moving trip (ok so I am a few months behind) but lets just say I am not quite in my element yet. Miss Bella did great in the car, she sang, read, slept, and played her leapster! We did not watch any shows on the laptop! We like to encourage the girls to look out the windows or play games with each other. Sierra on the other hand decided to work on her talents! She may look sweet and innocent here in this picture with her binky (which we got rid of after Halloween), but she was really working on her toe talents!
She is so talented we are thinking about helping her join the circus! She is able to hold a leapster game with one foot and her other binkey with the other.
We even have a pic of her holding crackers on another car ride! What a goofy girl!!!

They did GREAT on the car ride! Did I mention that the entire trip we drove behind Uncle Brian in the Budget Truck, so now when they see a Budget truck it is the highlight of the day!

Granola Baby

Here is a few funny photo's of Miss Sierra raiding the pantry for oatmeal! She LOVES raw oatmeal straight out of the bin. I have found her in the pantry with the door closed eating oatmeal.
Her favorite breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal (cooked) with applesauce on top! She will cry if she wants it and I am out of applesauce....rough life!

I guess this is good that she is independent enough now not to starve if I was busy during snack time!

Seattle Baby!

This little girl LOVES her Starbucks! When it was just two while preschool was happening...we would make our way to Starbucks for a treat! She would savor it and on this day still had it when we were leaving the preschool and you can see Bella looking like she was cheated!

Yes there are Starbucks in Phx, but hot drinks are just not a favorite there!

This is how Sierra rolls

Poor Sierra...doesn't get swim lessons! All cause mom can't (won't) go in with her. Well what would I do with Bella while Sierra has her lessons? Are YOU gonna hang with her? Didn't think so!!!She just hangs out in the stroller (so she can't escape) and watches all the kids! We have fun and eat snacks!

Luckly Sierra is VERY easy going and doesn't complain!!!

Cookie Princess Wands

I got this idea from the Family Fun magazine from Disney. I LOVE all the ideas they share in there. We have made many of them for parties and other activities. For Sierra's 2nd b-day we had a princess party! All of her little friends came dressed up in their dress up clothes. (The next few posts will be all about Sierra.)
So i premade the cookie wands and had them ready to go in their bags. This way they could decorate them and take them home to enjoy later since her party was at 10:30am!
We globbed on the pink butter cream frosting and provided TONS of fun sprinkles for the decorations.
I had 2 LOVELY assistants helping me through out the party! Aren't they growing up into beautiful young ladies! This is one of Kaya's best friends...they are a great time giggling about EVERYTHING!
Let the FUN (aka mess) begin!
The girls had so much fun decorating them and were so excited that they got to take them home after!
Of course there was taste testing along the way! We had our cupcakes right after we decorated our wands at the same table so they could also put sprinkles on their cupcakes. It was a success....THANK YOU FAMILY FUN MAG!

Stop and smell the roses!

What are the chances? I walked into the kitchen with my camera in hand...to find this! Little Miss Sierra on the table smelling the roses. I had to take a few pictures, then tell her that we don't go on the table. The SUN is actually out today so my camera was not set up for it, sorry about the poor pictures!
She told me they were beautiful! Awww...these are my flowers from Daddy on our 5 year anniversary on the 28th of May.
I asked her to smile, and this is what I got! She has become quite the little silly girl!

She is getting FUNNY!

Our little Sierra is getting quite the personality! She is such a sweet girl! She has such good manners which is so funny! Ya i am always reminding them all to say please and thank you, but Sierra has got it down! She even reminds me sometimes! No really she did!

Romeo always puts the end of a cucumber or pickle on his head when he is cutting them (i guess his mom would do it also). So now Sierra does it everytime she eats them.
First she puts it on, makes sure we all see her, then she eats it!

Next post you will see my other veggie heads!

Sierra's b-day party

I walked all around our outlet mall with 4 kids and Sarah looking for the perfect May Birthday dress for Princess Sierra. It took a few hours, tears, snacks, and lots of whining before we found it! Once I saw this dress I was IN LOVE! It was the perfect color and design. (Come back tomorrow to see why)...I also think I found my perfect photo place in the house...our yellow playroom wall. I LOVE how the color made her dress look even better! She was scooting off the stool while i trying to get the perfect shot!
She didn't really enjoy opening gifts...but someone has to get spoiled, so why not Sierra! She probably knew what would happen to her new treasures. Her 2 big sisters would take them over...yes I wrote 2! Kaya plays in the playroom with the little kid toys just as much as the little ones :). But, that actually works to my advantage some of the times!

Sierra had such a big helper with her friend opening her presents! It was a lot of fun! We had such a good time with friends!

Sierra's 1st b-day!

For Sierra's actual birthday dinner, i gave her pasta and sauce! She loved it!
This was the funniest face i have ever seen a baby make...she kept doing it all through dinner...
She ate the pasta pretty good, but she made a HUGE MESS :).

This was Sierra's last stop before Kaya's choir performance...more to come on that!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE GIRL!

busy little birthday girl......

One year ago today God blessed our family with a wonderful, perfect, amazing baby girl! We didn't know the gender of the baby until she came into the world kicking and screaming! But we now see that God had a perfect plan for us to have 3 beautiful girls. Sierra Lynn is our sweet "princess" and i am not calling her princess because she is so cute....NO she acts like a spoiled princess :)
Bella and Sierra will grow up so close in age loving each other all the way through. Kaya is a great big sister to these two. She is however a busy 10 year old with friends, school, and activities. Which leaves the two little ones to hang out together.
Sierra has super cute toes and she LOVES the grass! So when we get sunny days she can be seen hanging out in the grass with her sisters :)
Here she is crawling down the little hill in the yard...she loves the yard!
She is our b-day princess!

Our baby "kitty"

Sierra started out playing next to the couch and as the sun moved so did she. It was so cute. She loves sitting in the afternoon sun to play. She is taking her sweet time to crawl...so she taught her self how to scoot on her behind. So cute!
Maybe we need to visit AZ for some real sun? ;)
