Kaya's school is doing it's part and teaching our children about cancer, and specifically breast cancer this month. There is a teacher there that is personally being touched by this deadly disease. During this month the kids are wearing pink on Fridays to show support for the cause! My Kaya has taken it a step further... she decided to make cards and posters and attempt to sell them in order to make a donation for breast cancer research. Her 1st poster reads..."FIND A CURE PINK IS STILL MY COLOR, BUT WE STILL WANT A CURE!" I was pretty impressed when she told me what she was going to do & with her slogan! But while i was helping her with that BELLA HAPPEND!
YEP...my sweet Bella was getting a snack for her self since she was so tired and hungry from pulling out ALL of the dress up clothes.
With that said i love all of my girls and it is such a joy to watch them grow and change. They are so different, yet so similar! THEY ARE DETERMINED!

It is such a pretty drive. It is just a back road that is surrounded by trees and some homes. One side is a mountion and the other is a huge open area. I just love that the trees are starting to change color....so come and visit!

Fishing at the Pumpkin Patch?
In this man made pond "The Farm" had a duck race, and once that ended the man said "OK now the pond is open again for fishing"...I knew right then that Romeo was going to pay to have the girls catch a fish. So just as i had thought he did. Kaya had a little trouble pulling her fish out, they kept eating her bait. But she finally got one, then wanted nothing to do with it after that!
Isabella on the other hand likes doing anything that daddy does. So fishing is something that she always talks about...even though she has not ever seen a fish caught. So that is why he wanted her to do this...ok fine!
The pictures that i didn't post (due to room) were the ones of her trying to pick up the fish off the cement and oh ya the ones of her trying to stomp on it so it will stop moving so she could grab it.....YUCK. I was cracking up, because she was walking all around carrying a dead fish in a bag, but to her it was a trophy. So the moral of this tale is that if fishing in a fake stock pond is what it takes to make daddy and Bella happy I say...go for it! But i am not eating that!!!

Pumpkin Hunting
Fall is the time of year that I love. The green leaves are turning into beautiful shades of orange and reds. Saturday we joined a group of friends from church which is our (not so small) small group. We had a great time walking through the patch looking for a perfect pumpkin! We found one that the family will work on together...(maybe Sierra will fit in it for a photo). We will have to see :).
Bella had a great time riding with the pumpkin. When the girls were posing for the picture Bella was yelling at Sierra to move...she did not want her touching her. So she slid her as far away from her as she could...but she kept slumping towards Bella which made her even more mad!!! Look at her face! Just wait until Sierra is really able to make Bella angry, that should be fun.
As you can see there were huge pumpkins that the girls posed in front of. All in all it was a wonderful day!

Fishing in Vancouver, WA
To those of you that really know our family these pictures are for my scrapbooks, websites, but mainly to PROVE to the hubby that he did take the girls fishing! Poor guy would love for his girls to love to fish! Not that long ago Bella started asking to go fishing with daddy since he was gone doing that!
Bella loves doing anything that involves leaving the house.
So while yes I want these photo's for memories for our family, they are also proof to Romeo that we did take the 9 year old, 2 year old, and 4 month old girls fishing! Oh and NO we did not catch anything except Bella in some old fishing line!

SISTERS
These 3 girls are going to go through so much together! Kaya has a hard time relating to Bella right now due to the huge age difference...but they will figure it out. Bella, well she is just her wild crazy 2 year old self! Sierra loves when the girls talk and smile at her! I am so happy that we have 3 girls. God has truly blessed us with GIRLS!!!

Note from big sister...
KAYA LEIGH RACHI
I have two sisters they are annoying but cute. The middle one is two and she can open my door to my room and she gets in to my stuff all the time. I put a baby lock on my door knob. The other one is four months old she is my favorite because she can’t crawl or walk. She just sits. And she talks in baby talk it is cute she laughs if you tickle her side it is very cute. They are the best sisters in the whole world. Love big sister Kaya.

Kaya & I made Popcorn Balls (pretty easy)
Ingredients:
3/4 cups light corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine
2 tsp cold water
2 5/8 cup powder suger
1 cup marshmellows
2 tsp vanilla
3 bags lightly buttered popcorn
* can add at the end during mixing peanuts, M&M's, or just get creative!
1. Pop popcorn before hand.
2. If you have a parge crock pot turn that on low and set to side with lid on. Once you start mixing popcorn with the mixture you have to make the balls FAST. But, if you mix some of it in the warm crockpot, you can finish with the last part of mixture and go back and form the balls.
3. In sauce pan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, margarine, cold water, vanilla, suger, marshmellows, and vanilla. Heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
4. Carefully combine as much of the popcorn and mixture as you can in the crockpot. Alternate some popcorn (watch for uncooked kernals) and some mixture while mixing together. *This would also be the time to add other goodies to mix.
5. Grease hands with vegatable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn balls before they cool. Setting them on wax paper and wrapping them in plastic wrap once they are formed and cool. Store at room temp.
Hand out to friends and enjoy!!!

Potty Training (this is work)
So here we are trying to teach Bella to use a toilet... she is doing pretty good at staying on the potty until she goes. As you can see we have toys and paper to keep us busy! I was told by a friend that using the timer and every time it dings the child will go try to use the toilet.
So we are up to every 40 minutes now and when the alarm dings Bella makes a very funny face like she is in shock! Hillarious! Then we run to the toilet and try to go. She even had a number 2 yesterday and she was not to thrilled to have that happen on the toilet...but I was!
So once she goes in the toilet she gets an M&M candy. But the CrAzY thing is she wont tell me that she goes. She will just sit there until I ask her.
So once she is done then she gets a candy and the alarm gets set...and we try all over again! Wish us luck!

Finger sucking....
I have never had a child that was a finger sucker or take a binky past 3 months...but Sierra is different in many ways. She was Miss Cranky Pants for the first 4 months of her life. But now it seems that she is figuring out life and it is OK! But she always has a binky or finger in her mouth...and I am FINE with it!
If it makes her happy and she is not screaming at the top of her lungs for no reason other than making Daddy & I cry. So when she turns 1 we will have the challange of no more finger or Binky sucking...
... so for now GO FOR IT GIRL!!!!!
