Oh Bella....

I try to be a fair blogging mommy! But Bella makes that difficult she is always getting into things and making me run to grab my camera! On this day she "found" my make-up bag and decided to help herself.
UGH...she is sooo funny and she knows it! At least she has good taste and went for the MAC stuff...maybe i should go shopping and give her some for Christmas (hehehe). Daddy might catch on to that one!

Well for now i have put my make-up under baby lock and key! But i am sure that my sneaky Bella will soon figure that out also!

Kaya's Musical

Kaya is in choir this year and loves it. I love watching this program every year...but it makes me cry every year!
Veterans day is a big deal at her school. We have lots of families that have military in them. They show a slide show (power point) with pictures of family in the military of the kids at the school.
It went really fast this year and i wasnt able to get pictures, but Grandpa James and his dad Great G-Pa James had their pictures on the big screen.

The kids did a great job! Can you see Kaya? She is hidden!!!

Quilt from Mimi

Mimi has done it again! We love getting goodies from the grandparents! When a box arrives at the door we know it is going to be something FUN.... This time it was so fun and Bella loves her blankets. Mimi made Bella and Sierra matching blankets for their beds. At first Bella was not sure about adding a 4th blanket (yes i said 4) to her bed. She is very funny about her sleeping routine.
She has a secret hand shake that we do after we pray. She also wants her blankets right up to her chin and of course her nonnie (small bear blanket...name came from us telling her night night) has to be in her mouth (YUCK) and above the blankets!
All that to say the blanket had to start at the foot of her bed and slowly earn its way up to her! Oh Bella you are a funny girl!!! Thank you Mimi! We love you!

I think i fixed it

So i was so excited that i could make some blog posts ahead of time and post them when i wanted. Well...i guess i did it wrong (i am not surprised). So for those of you like Grandpa James that figured it out, great job. Otherwise there are a few new posts on Nov 3rd. Some day i will get the hang of it! Oh and i fixed it so comments can now be left again! OOPS.

So i have gift that i would love to give myself! I would love to find the perfect apron. Here is a little secret...I love to bake and i dont love to cook. Does that make sence? Well in my mind if i get an apron that i love, i will want to be in the kitchen more (right?). Well all that to say that i found a web site with super cute aprons and more....http://www.jilliewillie.com/main.html

Have a great day!

Halloween

Sorry that it has taken me so long to update this with new pictures. Here was our Halloween night that we spent at our church.

It was a fun evening. I dont have many pictures of Kaya, because she is such a big girl that she volunteered to run a booth.

I was busy chasing Bella, because daddy (who is normally on Bella duty) could not bend over due to his costume choice!!! He and some guys from work were a band! Dont ask...but it was a kilt (not a skirt).

It was a fun night and early to bed for the girls!

Kaya was wearing a poodle skirt (made by Mimi), Bella was Mary, and Siera was her little lamb! So cute!!!

NAP TIME...

Oh Bella...she is such a busy girl! She is the child that i am constantly chasing around the house trying to find her and clean up what ever mess she has just made. So when she stop running around lunch time she is usually TIRED! She is such a big girl now that she is sitting at the table with us. This will also help when Sierra starts sitting in the high chair...wow this is going fast!
Back to Bella...she was still eating and her head was bobbing. Once her head hit the table i started laughing and she looked up. Then she mumbled and passed out cold. Which is why it is blurry!
She was not happy when i wiped her up to go to bed...she was just fine where she was!

Oh Bella....

So we stopped by Uncle Daniel & Aunt Lavi's house on Halloween before we went to our church's pumpkin patch party. Well Bella got some candy and completely forgot she was holding her sister. I was laughing, but Sierra didn't seem to care.
I am hoping that Bella will not always be like this....you know choose candy over her family!!! :)

Pumpkin Carving

Kaya got to decide what our new friend would look like! Kaya started carving...and carving..and carving. Then when she was perfect she went to wash her hands.....and Bella struck!
I am happy to say that Bella only got a few stabs in the face of the pumpkin with the carving tool before she was caught!!<

She decided that there would be blonde curls.

Here is our 2008 pumpkin...sorry Daddy; she is a girl.

School Picture

It is that time of year! We have gotten Kaya's pictures back. I was so excited when i saw them, because i told her to smile big! And she did. Those braces are pretty spendy...so i want to look at them.
This is a good examply of how not to smile during school pictures.

Sierra the super hero

Sierra has started playing in her saucer toy now and she is really liking it.
Now when we hold her she wants to straighten her legs and stand. But on this particular day her bib was on and it had turned around...it looked like a cape. She is the baby of 3 girls...she does need super powers here!!!
She is a cutie!

Care Bears

I love that Bella is starting to actually watch video's! OK...that sounds bad...but I have a new baby (well 5 months old)and I cannot play with Bella non-stop. But her toy/movie of choice right now is Care Bears. I used to love them. The lamb care bear cousin that is on the top of the chair was mine. But...sadly Bella has decided that she doesn't like him...hence he is an outcast!

My life with girls!

Kaya's school is doing it's part and teaching our children about cancer, and specifically breast cancer this month. There is a teacher there that is personally being touched by this deadly disease. During this month the kids are wearing pink on Fridays to show support for the cause! My Kaya has taken it a step further... she decided to make cards and posters and attempt to sell them in order to make a donation for breast cancer research. Her 1st poster reads..."FIND A CURE PINK IS STILL MY COLOR, BUT WE STILL WANT A CURE!" I was pretty impressed when she told me what she was going to do & with her slogan! But while i was helping her with that BELLA HAPPEND!
YEP...my sweet Bella was getting a snack for her self since she was so tired and hungry from pulling out ALL of the dress up clothes.
With that said i love all of my girls and it is such a joy to watch them grow and change. They are so different, yet so similar! THEY ARE DETERMINED!

The drive...almost fall!

I just wanted to share these pic's with those of you that have not been to our home. This is one of the ways to get to our house. It is such a pretty drive. It is just a back road that is surrounded by trees and some homes. One side is a mountion and the other is a huge open area. I just love that the trees are starting to change color....so come and visit!

Fishing at the Pumpkin Patch?

In this man made pond "The Farm" had a duck race, and once that ended the man said "OK now the pond is open again for fishing"...I knew right then that Romeo was going to pay to have the girls catch a fish. So just as i had thought he did. Kaya had a little trouble pulling her fish out, they kept eating her bait. But she finally got one, then wanted nothing to do with it after that!
Isabella on the other hand likes doing anything that daddy does. So fishing is something that she always talks about...even though she has not ever seen a fish caught. So that is why he wanted her to do this...ok fine!

The pictures that i didn't post (due to room) were the ones of her trying to pick up the fish off the cement and oh ya the ones of her trying to stomp on it so it will stop moving so she could grab it.....YUCK. I was cracking up, because she was walking all around carrying a dead fish in a bag, but to her it was a trophy. So the moral of this tale is that if fishing in a fake stock pond is what it takes to make daddy and Bella happy I say...go for it! But i am not eating that!!!

Pumpkin Hunting

Fall is the time of year that I love. The green leaves are turning into beautiful shades of orange and reds. Saturday we joined a group of friends from church which is our (not so small) small group. We had a great time walking through the patch looking for a perfect pumpkin! We found one that the family will work on together...(maybe Sierra will fit in it for a photo). We will have to see :).

Bella had a great time riding with the pumpkin. When the girls were posing for the picture Bella was yelling at Sierra to move...she did not want her touching her. So she slid her as far away from her as she could...but she kept slumping towards Bella which made her even more mad!!! Look at her face! Just wait until Sierra is really able to make Bella angry, that should be fun.

As you can see there were huge pumpkins that the girls posed in front of. All in all it was a wonderful day!

All 3 of our little ladies....

Here are the pictures of all 3 girls! I was so happy with the way they turned out!

* Also you may be wondering why Kaya didn't have her own pictures... her school pictures should be here anytime!

Little Sierra

Here are some of Sierra's photo's...she did great and never got cranky! If you can see up close I painted her toes for the special day!

The wings and skirt are some of Bella's dress-up clothes! We had fun!!!
